Johnsons of Whixley, one of the UK’s leading commercial nurseries, has announced the latest crop of delegates to join its Growing Stars leadership programme.
The business, that celebrates its centenary next year, first launched the Growing Stars programme five years ago. The aim is to develop the skillset of existing staff members, enabling them to one day take on a more senior role within the business.
The company has made a significant financial investment in the programme to ensure its success.
