GoLandscape was in attendance at Gardeners World live, where it promoted the industry and ran a number of interactive activities for schools and children (and quite a few adults) visiting the show at the NEC.
The rain didn’t dampen peoples enthusiasm, with children being able to try their hand at block paving and for budding designers to have a go at creating a mini landscape.
It was wonderful to be able share a stand with the likeminded Roots to Fruit Midlands Ltd and their platinum award winning garden ‘Schools out for summer’. The garden practically showcased just how much of horticulture can be used in most, if not all curriculum subjects, demonstrating the value of horticulture and landscaping as not only a highly skilled subject, but also a viable career.
