GoLandscape supports Brinsbury College and students with their hard landscaping skills

BALI’s Education Officer, Stephen Ensell, was at Brinsbury College this week, helping students with their hard landscaping techniques, including laying natural paving, mixing and brickwork. With support from GoLandscape Ambassador Jake Catling of The Landscaping Consultants and materials donated by CED Stone Group, the day was a true success.

The aim of the workshop was to provide students with a flavour of what hard landscaping techniques are deployed and utilised by landscapers. As well as several demonstrations and hands-on opportunities, there was also a presentation by Shane Reddish of CED Stone Group, who explored a few of the companies’ products and technological developments. BALI’s Education Officer Stephen Ensell discussed BALI and the association’s involvement and links with industry employers, and, the importance of the GoLandscape initiative.

In total there were 27 Level 2 and Level 3 students in attendance.
