A hard landscaper supervisor has to oversee the scheduling of hard landscape work and make sure deadlines are met, supervising the landscape team in completion of tasks, providing advice and assistance to the team.

They also have to take part in client and manager liaison, receiving and distribution of material’s, recording hours worked and work performed, soft landscaper supervisors track project budgets, and help to Identify team member training needs.
